ImpulseShield is built to be usable by as many people as possible. This page describes what the app supports today — not what we hope it will support — and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

What ImpulseShield supports

• Dark, Light, and true-black appearance. Pick whichever suits you. The true-black theme is built for OLED screens, where black pixels are genuinely off.
• Reduce Motion. Turn on Reduce Motion in your device's settings and the app's animations settle down to match.
• Higher-contrast colors in Light mode. Text and interface colors in Light mode meet the WCAG AA contrast levels, so they stay readable in bright rooms and on older screens.
• No meaning carried by color alone. Anywhere color signals something, a shape or an icon says the same thing, so the cue still works if you don't see the color.
• Dynamic Type. Text scales with your system text-size setting across the app's main screens.

We're not done

This is honest work in progress, not a finished checklist. We're continuing to improve accessibility across the app — fuller VoiceOver support in particular — in upcoming updates. We'd rather tell you what isn't there yet than imply it is.
